Sometimes a little idea turns bigger than you think. CraftHope is a faith-based, love inspired project designed to share handmade crafts with those less fortunate. Just last Friday, Jan 15th, they opened an Etsy shop with all proceeds going to Doctors Without Borders. With artists donating items, CraftHope hoped to raise a few hundred dollars.
Two days later, they have over 375 sales that have raised $7,000 dollars. In two days. Two days! It’s inspiring and heartwarming to see the crafting/art community come together and help. I donated two items, a pair of infinity earrings and a seaside focal which both sold even before I got home yesterday evening. You can visit the CraftHope etsy shop by clicking HERE.
