So I was reading through the Oh Joy! blog when the above picture caught my eye. Specifically, the veggie in the bottom right corner. What is that?? It’s such lovely shade of pink that radiates out to white then lime green.
Turns out it’s a watermelon radish. I’m wondering how these taste and if I can even find these in the store…
